A great party snack - finger food


  • 3 Sheets of Puff Pastry

  • 100 grams Bacon

  • 1 Leek

  • Fetta

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Cream

  • Cracked Pepper

  • 1 small packet of pine nuts


  • 1.

    - Cut pastry into small round circles to fit quiche tray (or small muffin tray)

  • 2.

    - Fry Bacon and diced Leek in pan

  • 3.

    - Spoon Bacon and Leek combination into pastries

  • 4.

    - Crumb a little bit of fetta on top of each one

  • 5.

    - Lightly beat eggs and cream with a touch of cracked pepper

  • 6.

    - Spoon cream/egg mixture over bacon/leek/fetta

  • 7.

    - Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts

  • 8.

    - Place trays in oven (preheated to 180ÂșC) and cook for 20 mins.


I usually turn the trays around after 10mins
