A QUICK EASY DISH TO PUT TOGETHER EASY FOR WHEN YOU GET HOME FROM WORK OR ALL DAY WITH THE KIDS.

Ingredients

  • 300ml cream light or full cream either doesn't matter

  • 2 - 4 tomatoes chopped with seeds left in

  • 1 clove garlic,chopped

  • 1 bunch shallots, chopped

  • 1 small packet of bacon (4 -6 slices) diced

  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese

  • 2 cups pasta any type

Method

  • 1.

    Cook pasta in boiling water till tender,drain

  • 2.

    Spray your frying pan with oil or a dash of oil,add garlic and bacon cook till crispy,add tomatoes lightly cook for 2 -3 mins then add shallots cook another 2 mins add all cream and add pepper till warmed through then add pasta stir through once all stirred then add your cheese and stir through once cheese has melted through serve with garlic bread and salad if you like.
