Cook pasta in boiling water till tender,drain
Spray your frying pan with oil or a dash of oil,add garlic and bacon cook till crispy,add tomatoes lightly cook for 2 -3 mins then add shallots cook another 2 mins add all cream and add pepper till warmed through then add pasta stir through once all stirred then add your cheese and stir through once cheese has melted through serve with garlic bread and salad if you like.
