Grated thin hash browns


  • potatoes

  • parmesan

  • egg

  • salt

  • pepper


  • 1.

    Par boil potatoes

  • 2.

    Roughly grate when cooled

  • 3.

    Add grated paremsan

  • 4.

    Add egg

  • 5.

    Mix well

  • 6.

    Press mixture flat and seperate about size of fried egg

  • 7.

    Either lightly fry in olive oil or

  • 8.

    Place on oven tray on baking paper and place in oven turning once
