Delicious tipsy pudding for christmas, includes bits f chocolate, hint of coffee, splash of rum and decadent cream!


  • 500g Choc chip cookies

  • 250ml strong coffee (coffee and hot water mixed)

  • 100ml Captain Morgan Rum

  • 500ml cream


  • 1.

    Soak each cookie in coffee mix and lay in bottom of serving dish

  • 2.

    Lightly sprinkle rum over the cookies and add layer of cream over the cookies.

  • 3.

    On top of the cream repeat the process until the serving dish is full.

  • 4.

    Leave in Fridge for a couple of hours before serving - DELICIOUS!
