A delicous salad dressing that can be used on any type of salad, from warm beef to a standard garden salad.

  • Equal parts apple cider vinegar & olive oil - I generally make a small amount at a time and use 50ml of each.

  • Around a teaspoon of sugar - caster sugar is best but you can you any.

  • A dash of soy sauce.

  • A few drops of sesame oil.

  • 1.

Put all the ingedients into a shaker/jar. Shake vigourously until well combined. Taste the dressing and add extra of any of the ingredients to your own taste or to suit the salad you are dressing - more soy & sesame for an asian style salad, more vinegar for a garden salad, or however you like it. It is as simple as that and so so versatile!
