Sweet tasty treat for the young and the young at heart


  • 125gm butter (or substitute)

  • 4 tblspn Sugar

  • 2 tblspn Honey

  • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (or similar)


  • 1.

    Boil butter, sugar and honey fast for 5 minutes - care not to burn.

  • 2.

    Remove from heat and add rice bubbles and nuts.

  • 3.

    Stir Well.

  • 4.

    Spread into a slab tin lined with non stick paper.

  • 5.

    Allow to cool and cut into fingers.
