A simple version of the old favorite


  • 2 cups rice bubbles (or similar)

  • 1 cup Mixed Fruit

  • 1 cup Coconut

  • 1 cup Icing Sugar mixture

  • 1 cup powdereed Milk

  • 250gm Copha

  • Vanilla Essence to taste


  • 1.

    Melt copha, when lukewarm pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

  • 2.

    Press into a slab tin lined with non stick paper to set.

  • 3.

    Cut as desired.

  • 4.

    Store ijn fridge in hot weather.
