Christmas (or anytime) after dinner treat.


  • 1 pkt White Crown mints

  • 1 Pkt Malt Biscuits

  • 3/4 tin Condenced Milk (lite can be used)

  • Coconut


  • 1.

    Crush mints (with hammer in plastic bag is best).

  • 2.

    Crush malt biscuits & put in bowl with crushed mints.

  • 3.

    Add condensed milk and mix well.

  • 4.

    Shape into roll and cover in coconut

  • 5.

    Roll in plastic and keep in fridge for at least 24 hours before cutting ihnto pieces appeox 1cm thick.
