Roasted Chicken with Soy & Garlic
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a bowl mix olive oil, soy sauce & garlic together with a whisk.
Add chicken and marinate for half an hour.
Line baking tray with baking paper, add chicken and cook for 50 minutes turning & marinating once.
