Saute onions and garlic. then add turkey mince to brown. Add all other ingedients in first paragraph. Set aside.
In another saucepan melt marg/butter remove from stove and add flour to form a paste and not to dry. Slowly add milk while whisking ingrdients and set back on stove to reach boil while continuously stirring till smooth and thick.
Line lasagne tray or grease with butter and flour.Lay 1 layer of pasta sheets.
Cover with half the sauce and lay another layer of pasta and add the rest of the sauce. Add a final layer of pasta and cover with white sauce and cheese'
Cook at 180" for approximately 45 mins or until fork slides through easily.
