QUICK AND EASY SNACKS

  • 2 EGGS

  • 0.25 CUP CREAM

  • 0.25 CUP TASTY GRATED CHEESE

  • 1 X 185g CAN OF TUNA IN BRINE, DRAINED AND FLAKED

  • 0.5 tspn of PARSLEY AND DILL FLAKES, MIXED

  • PEPPER

Method

  • 1.

    BEAT TOGETHER THE MILK AND CREAM.

  • 2.

    SEASON TO TASTE WITH PEPPER, DILL AND PARSLEY.

  • 3.

    FOLD IN THE GRATED CHEESE AND TUNA.

  • 4.

    PLACE SPOONFUL OF MIXTURE INTO LIGHTLY GREASED PATTY OR MUFFIN PANS.

  • 5.

    BAKE AT 200C FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN.
