QUICK AND EASY SNACKS

Ingredients

  • 2 X SHEETS OF READY ROLLED PUFF PASTRY

  • 3 SLICES OF FINELY CHOPPED HAM

  • 0.5 CUP OF TASTY GRATED CHEESE

  • 2 EGGS

  • 0.5 CUP OF MILK

  • 1 tblspn PARSLEY FLAKES

  • 1 tspn GRAIN MUSTARD

  • COOKING OIL SPRAY

Method

  • 1.

    USING A SCONE CUTTER, CUT 24 ROUNDS OF PASTRY TO FIT DOME-SHAPED PATTY TINS.

  • 2.

    LIGHTLY SPRAY PATTY TINS WITH OIL.

  • 3.

    LINE PATTY TINS WITH THE PASTRY ROUNDS.

  • 4.

    PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 200C.

  • 5.

    MIX TOGETHER THE HAM, CHEESE, EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD AND PARSLEY.

  • 6.

    PLACE TEASPOONS OF MIXTURE ONTO THE PASTRY.

  • 7.

    BAKE AT 200C FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN.
