This easy lasagne recipe is made with tomatoes and crushed garlic layered with cottage cheese and parmesan.
Brown onions and meat in a large saucepan.
Once brown drain about 1/2 the fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 2 tbs dried parsley, 2 tbs dried basil, 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce.
Allow to simmer for 45 mins, stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl combine 6 cups cottage cheese, 1 cups Kraft parmesan cheese, 4 beaten eggs and 4 tbs dried parsley.
Layer 1: lasagne sheets
Layer 2: cheese mix
Layer 3: mozarella
Layer 4: meat
Repeat steps 1 to 4 and top with lots of mozarella and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
Pop in a pre-heated 180 degree oven and cook for 30-45 mins.
