Quick and easy meal for kids. Easy to put together when you find yourself without a ready meal.


  • Small can of Tuna (or Salmon) 1x200g

  • Small can of Corn Kernels 1x150g

  • 2-3 tablespoons of Mayonaise (replace with salad dressing if required)

  • Handful of Cherry Tomatoes

  • Handfull of Grate Cheese


  • 1.

    Drain the Tuna and Corn

  • 2.

    Mix together with Mayo and/or dressing

  • 3.

    Stir in chopped Tomatoes and Cheese

  • 4.

    Add any other veges you have have around


Serve as a salad, on a sandwich or mixed with pasta or rice.
