Easiest scalloped potatoes ever! Always nice and creamy & cheap to make for a large gathering
Slice potatoes thinly.
Place Potatoes in either oven proof or microwave proof dish.
Mix cream & French Onion Soup ( adjust how much you use to personal taste) & pour over potatoes. Add milk if cream doesn't cover to 2/3 of the potatoes.
Either bake in the oven at 180C for approximatley 2 hours or Microwave on medium for 30-40 mins stiring occasionally
