This started as a cooking project with my two boys - Ben and Adam. The outcome was sensational so it got the name B.A.M. Chicken (Ben, Adam & Mick). It is now called BAZMS Chicken since Zoe has come along and the boys didn't want Mumma Suze left out =)

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander

  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic

  • 1 tsp Crushed Ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1.

Trim the chicken of all fat and gristle. Cut breasts into three pieces. Put in a plastic lunch bag and throw in the rest of the ingredients. If you don't have them all or don't like any of the ingredients then don't worry too much!

  • 2.

Spin the bag to seal and massage the ingredients into chicken.

  • 3.

BBQ or pan fry the chicken until cooked though and serve with a fresh garden salad.

  • 4.

    Bon appetite!!!
