A basic tuna pasta meal for my son who is a fructose malabsorber.


  • gluten free pasta

  • one 400g tin of tuna

  • one can of tomatoes

  • a teaspoon of garlic

  • one teaspoon of ginger

  • small amount of oil


  • 1.

    Basically cook the pasta in one saucepan.

  • 2.

    While this is cooking, mix all of the other ingredients in another pan.

  • 3.

    Serve the warm sauce on top of the pasta.

  • 4.

    Shave some parmesan and serve.
