the easiest, fudgiest choc-coffee treat!
1)make the mud cake as per directions on the pack,
2)brew the fresh coffee, set aside
3)melt the chocolate and place in pouring jug
4)when mud cake is cool but not cold, crumb finely
5)place mud cake crumbs into dessert glasses, or glass dish but only about a centemetre in depth.
6)pour coffee over mixture, enough to just soak,
7)on top of this mixture layer a coating of chocolate over the coffee soaked mudcake crumbs,
8)repeat this process until all mudcake mixure is used.
9)set in fridge over night so it sets lke fudge
10)top with whipped cream
normal chocolate cake mix works also, but for a fudgier affect mud cakes works best,
i was asked to mke my mud cake for a party, but the oven i used was lopped sided, the cake was delicious but i couldnt serve it lopped sided, so quick thinking i made this recipe which is now my family favourite.
