Chicken in a creamy sauce served over a bed of rice
Cook the chicken by either roasting or boiling, or even buy a cooked chicken. Debone and remove the skin, break chicken into bite size pieces.
In a frying pan, lightly cook the capsicum and mushroom until they are soft, add the chicken stock, then the chicken, add the herbs and salt and pepper to taste, then mix the sachet of continental sauce in a cup of water and pour over chicken. Mix well.
Just before serving add the cream.
Serve over a bed of rice and enjoy.
If you buy a cooked chicken this meal can be ready in half an hour, if you cook the chicken yourself, then it will take about 2 hours.
