Lightly crumbed Barramundi fillets with tangy Lemon pepper.
Place egg in a bowl and whisk, then dip barramundi fillets in the egg mixture.
Coat fillets in breadcrumbs with lemon pepper and salt and place in foil.
Lighly drizzle fillets with olive oil, place in foil, cover and cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes at 200 C.
