Barramundi a la Lemon Pepper

Lightly crumbed Barramundi fillets with tangy Lemon peper.


  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper spice

  • 2 barramundi fillets

  • olive oil

  • salt


  • 1.

    Place egg in a bowl and whisk, then dip barramundi fillet in the egg mixture.

  • 2.

    Coat in breadcrumbs with lemon pepper and salt and place in foil.

  • 3.

    Lighly drizzle fillets with olive oil and place in foil and cover and cook in oven for approximately 30 minutest at 200 C.
