A very tasty tender chicken recipe that doesn't bite but leaves you wanting more.
Fry onions & garlic til just soft.
Add spices, fry 1 minute, add chicken and brown slightly
Add tomato paste, wine, coconut milk, chilli sauce & bay leaves.
Simmer 3/4 to 1 hour or until chicken is cooked and tender.
Serve with rice and roti bread. Can have salad or veg too.
