A tasty low fat mid week salmon dish.

Ingredients

  • Tin of Salmon - John West really is best!

  • Tub of natural yoghurt - I use low fat Yalna

  • Garlic - your discretion

  • Pasta - Fettuchini works best

Method

  • 1.

    Cook the pasta, drain, put back in the saucepan, put the drained and deskinned salmon in the saucepan with about half the tub of natural yoghurta and garlic.

  • 2.

    That is all there is to it! Quick, easy and nutricious.
