Light chicken balls

small tasty chicken ball made with greek yogurt ant savory crackeers


  • Chicken Mince

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Jatz crackers

  • Lemon zest

  • Pepper

  • Tuscan seasoning


  • 1.

    500g Chicken mince in bowl, crush crackers in bag with rolling pin. Put equal amounts of mince and crackers into a bowl,add lemon zest, herbs and pepper. Spoon in a tablespoon of yogurt at a time till a moist dough like consistancy.

  • 2.

    Roll in extra cracker crumbs. Fry lightly in a good quality olive oil till golden brown.

  • 3.

    Sever with salad or with pasta in a tomamto sauce.

  • 4.

    These meetballs are great hot or cold.


Try using different herbs, or tey a little minced garlic and some grated ramano cheese.
