Oyster Blade Steak gently pan fried to seal only.Remove from pan and sautee onions until soft.Add tomato sauce,worcestershire sauce and water.simmer gently for several minutes then return meat to pan ensuring meat is covered by liquid.Cover and place in slow oven for 2 hours.Season to taste.Serve with mash potato and seasonal vegetables.
