  • rollled pickled pork 1kg

  • butter

  • turkish bread

  • jar of pickles

    Gently simmerl (40 mins/500g) a portion of picled pork covered with dry ginger ale. Lightly toast slice of quality turkish bread. Spread with pickles from a jar and unsalted butter. P;ace thick warm slices of pork on bread and enyoy with a glass of very chilled rose in summer
