This is completely addictive and makes the perfect topping for vanilla icecream served with lots of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or banana.
Melt chocolate slowly by preferred method - double saucepan, microwave etc.
Allow to cool for a few minutes then gently stir in a dessertspoon of sour cream, followed by another spoonful.
Add another spoon of cream if desired.
Ready to use and don't forget to lick the bowl!
