  • 3 x tbs soy sauce

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 x tbs sesame oil

  • 1 x tbs rice vinegar

  • pinch of chilli flakes

  • 1 x tsp crushed ginger

  • 2 x tsp crushed garlic


  • 1.

    Whisk all ingredients together.

  • 2.

    Pour over fish and marinate in fridge for half an hour.
