Pastry Pinwheel Puffs

A great fingerfood recipe. Never had anyone anywhere dislike it ... and it's so easy


  • 2 sheets rolled puff pastry

  • 275g tasty grated cheese

  • 2 rashers bacon, diced

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbs chopped parsley

  • 2 tbs chopped spring onions

  • dash chilli or tabasco sauce


  • 1.

    Mix ingedients 2 - 7 together and spread over sheets of pastry. Roll up into a log shape.

  • 2.

    Wrap in Gladwrap and freeze until firm to make cutting easier. Slice 1cm thick and place on greased/baking paper trays.

  • 3.

    Cook 200C 10 – 15 mins till golden
