This is a completely delicious dish, it isnt the pretty dip around but it is definitetly one of the yummiest, It is almost like eating nachos but cold and using a little more sour cream making it very indulgent but not to bad for your hips! Please try it, you will love it!
All you need to do is this:
1. Mix about half a small satchel of Taco seasoning into a regular tub of Sour cream.
2. Place this mixture onto a plate or a dish and then top with mashed Avocado, diced tomato, chopped spring onions and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Thats it- use corn chips for dipping and enjoy.
