A great basic cupcake recipe that produces moist cupcakes
Preheat oven to 200C.
Combine flour and sugar in a bowl then add milk, butter, eggs and vanilla essence.
Stir gently to combine.
Spoon mixture into a prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 12-15 mins.
