Delphia Cake

A very rich and yummy no bake cake/slice that mum made for special occasions when I was a kid and I'm now making as an occasional treat for my kids. Layers of chocolate and biscuits topped off with glace cherries. Mum made in a bar tin, however I make it in a slice tray.


  • 500g icing sugar sifted

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 1 pack copha melted

  • 3-4 tblspn cocoa powder

  • 1 pkt Morning Coffee biscuits


  • 1.

    Melt copha and add cocoa.

  • 2.

    Mix together eggs and icing sugar.

  • 3.

    Add copha mixture to icing sugar mixture and beat.

  • 4.

    In a bar tin (or other) alternate layers of chocolate and biscuits, starting and ending with chocolate.

  • 5.

    Decorate with Glace Cherries if desired.

  • 6.



Don’t eat all at once all you will feel sick!
