Chicken thighs marinated in a sauce of olive oil, garlic, lemon and thyme then grilled on the BBQ.


  • 6 Chicken thighs

  • .5 cup of olive oil

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • fresh thyme sprigs


  • 1.

    Place chicken in a tray or sealable plastic bag

  • 2.

    Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over chicken

  • 3.

    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours

  • 4.

    Grill on BBQ
