chicken thighs marinaded and baked or bbq


  • 1 tab.spn Tomato Kasundi (Indian hot chutney)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • pinch salt

  • 1/2 kg chicken thighs or marylands

  • pinch paprika


  • 1.

    Mix tomato kasundi with yogurt and salt

  • 2.

    Lay chicken in a single layer in greased oven dish

  • 3.

    Pour yogurt mix over chicken, making sure all areas of chicken are covered well - marinade for 1 - 4 hours.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle paprika over top

  • 5.

    Bake in mod oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through

  • 6.

    Serve with basmati rice with fresh corriander
