This is a quick and easy dish to prepare as a main course.


  • 250 g pasta

  • 2 x 185 g tins of Tuna chunks in oil

  • 2 x medium size ripe tomatoes

  • Green part of 4 x spring onions

  • 1 x cup finely grated parmesan cheese

  • Sea salt flakes to taste

  • Cracked Pepper to taste


  • 1.

    Cook pasta in plenty of salted water

  • 2.

    Drain into a collander and refresh under cold running water

  • 3.

    Drain half of the oil from the tuna and flake with a fork

  • 4.

    Chop the tomatoes and sprinkle with sea salt flakes

  • 5.

    Finely slice the spring onions

  • 6.

    Place all the ingredients in a large salad bowl

  • 7.

    Add cracked pepper to taste

  • 8.

    Toss well to combine.
