A quick and easy dessert of sweet meringue cases topped with berries mascarpone cream that can be assembled in minutes!


  • 1 pkt of small meringue cases

  • 1 pkt frozen mixed berries

  • 1 pkt fresh strawberries

  • 1 small container mascapone cheese

  • 1 small container berry greek style yoghurt

  • I pkt slivered almonds


  • 1.

    Crush meringue and divide among four dessert glasses or bowls but be sure to leave some to top the desert just before serving.

  • 2.

    Add berries and strawberries on top of the meringue.

  • 3.

    Mix cheese and yoghurt together in a bowl and add approx a large tbsn

  • 4.

    To cover the berries, then repeat this process so that the berries will be on top.

  • 5.

    Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.

  • 6.

    Just before serving sprinkle the remaining meringue and almonds on to the top of the dessert


This dessert is best served in parfait glasses or brandy balloons.
