  • 350g dried penne pasta

  • 20g butter

  • 1/2cup sliced fresh basil

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 12 green prawns, peeled with tails in tact

  • 1 medium squid tube, sliced into rings

  • 200g scallops

  • 350g bottle tomato, olive & chilli stir-through pasta sauce


  • 1.

    Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile, heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, peeled prawns, squid and scallops. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and tender.

  • 3.

    Add pasta sauce. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Add cooked pasta and basil and heat through.
