A fabulous breakfast for 12 - we stayed at a B&B in Washington State earlier this year, & this was served up to the guests - it was so good, the host & hostess joined us for breakfast.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon & onion until the bacon is crisp - drain.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients - then stir in the bacon mixture.
Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F, for 35-40 minutes, or until set & bubbly.
Let stand for 10 minutes, before cutting.
