like normal sushi but no rice and with protein packed quinoa instead


  • Quinoa

  • Tahini

  • vegies of choice

  • wasabi if required

  • nori sheets


  • 1.

    Cook quinoa (about a cup) to instructions

  • 2.

    Let cool and stir in about 2 tablespoons of tahini - this binds it

  • 3.


  • 4.

    Roll up as per normal sushi using carrot, avocado, cucumber, capsicum whatever is your favorite - dont forget the wasabi!!
