A quick and easy lunch that kids will also love.


  • 500g chicken breast

  • 1 bunch of asparagus

  • Grated mozzarella cheese

  • 4 rashers bacon

  • 4 sheets puff pastry

  • sesame seeds

  • Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

    1.Preheat oven to 220*c . Heat oil in fry pan; cook chicken over medium heat till cooked through. Remove from pan and shred , heat oil in same pan cook bacon till done. 2. Meanwhile cut off woody ends of asparagus and steam till just done. 3. Cut 4 large circles out of puff pastry sheets, smear thin layer of Dijon mustard in centre of each sheet, then place equal amounts of chicken, bacon and asparagus in centre, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. 4. Fold left side over and pinch ends. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, place on oiled baking tray and bake in oven for 20 mins or until golden.
