  • yellow capsicum

  • red capsicum

  • onion

  • garlic

  • table margarine


  • 1.

    Mince all the ingredients together to taste

  • 2.

    Butter into sliced french sticks and bake in alfoil or use as a thick paste on top of slices of french sticks or bread slices and toast
