  • 2 English Muffins - Wholemeal - split them up

  • sun dried tomatos in olive oil

  • Hanns 97% fat free ham - break this up in little pieces

  • Coon tasty 97% fat free - shredded

  • Black Olives

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste


  • 1.

    Spread the tomato paste over the 4 slices of English Muffins

  • 2.

    Place on the olives and sundried tomatos, ham and last of all the cheese

  • 3.

    Place under the grill for 5 - 10 mins aprox.


Be careful to watch them as they cook quite quickly
If you prefer vegetarian - eliminate the ham
