A brownie like slice that any chocaholic would love
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. lightly grease a slice pan with oil spray and line with baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a medium sacepan on low heat, stirring until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and cool slightly.
Mix in the eggs until combined. Add the sugar, flour and coconut, mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. fold in the cherries and half the choc bits.
Put into the pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with the rest of the choc bits.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked when tested with a tooth pick.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool compleatly.
Serve cut into squares. YUMMY!!!
