  • spinach i packet frozen 125grms

  • riccotta cheese i tub 237grms

  • bacon 3 slices


  • 1.

    Scoop out cob bread to make a circular cavity.

  • 2.

    Mix all ingredients together and spoon into cob hollow.

  • 3.

    Place flat tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15mins at 200 degrees allowing leeway for your particular oven requirements.


crisp up the cut out top of the cob bread to use as a scoop or corn chips may be used.
