Soup, noodles and veggies
Boil 2 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon of powdered vegetable stock. Add 1 teaspoon of Light soy sauce. (Add more stock/soy if you like a stronger flavour).
Put the noodles and vegetables in and cook until the noodles/vegetables are soft.
Serve into a big soup bowl and eat with chopsticks and a spoon!
Fresh, frozen or canned vegetables are all fine.
If you want to make a bigger batch to be eaten later, cook the noodles seperately and drain - add the wanted quantity to your bowl of soup before reheating.
