Fried Fish Fillets

This recipe is so very easy to make, and is a winner with us working mothers.


  • 1 to 2 kilos of fish fillets

  • 2 Cups of Flour

  • Mixed Spices

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil for frying.


  • 1.

    Wash the fillets and cut them into the portions that you desire.

  • 2.

    Place flour, spices and pepper into a bowl and gently mix it.

  • 3.

    Coat each fillet with the flour mixture.

  • 4.

    To a warm frying pan with olive oil add one fillet at a time, gently fry the fillet on each side for a couple of minutes.

  • 5.

    You may serve the fillets with a basic lettuce salad or a mixed salad.
