Garlic Prawns My Version

Easy to prepare and delicious in taste, Garlic Prawns are just simply divine.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo Cleaned washed Prawn

  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Cup of parsley

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Method

  • 1.

    Preparation for the marinade - Leave the prawns in the marinade for approximately 2 to 3 hours.

  • 2.

    To a bowl add some olive oil, 3 to 4 crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 a cup of parsley, spices, salt, pepper and a kilo of prawns.

  • 3.

    Gently mix the ingredients together and leave for 2 to 3 hours to marinate.

  • 4.

    To a frying pan add a bit of olive oil, when the pan is hot enough start putting in one prawn at a time.

  • 5.

    Gently fry the prawns for a couple of minutes on each side.

Looks great and easy too, but what sort of spices do you use.
