  • 1 200ml Sour Cream

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • salt

  • juice of a lemon


  • 1.

    Place sour cream into a bowl, add mashed avocado, crushed garlic clove, salt and juice of a lemon.

  • 2.

    Mix the above ingredients together and serve in a dip bowl.
