A LOVELY LIGHT MEAL FOR LUNCH
1.Preheat oven to 200C and prepare a quiche tray by spraying oil on the tray.
2.Beat eggs in a bowl.
3. Add all the ingredients and mix using a spatula till all ingredients are blended evenly.
4. Grab a quiche tray and gently pour the mixture into the tray
5. Place in the oven and wait for 15 minutes until the top of the quiche is a golden yellow colour then remove.
6. Test by grabbing a fork to see if it is cooked thru if not cook for another 5 minutes.
Best to use home farmed eggs if possible.
Can be served with a salad.
