A Very Healthy Cake

As in the name, this is a healthy cake that is not only good for you but is very delicious and yet so easy to make.


  • 1 Cup Natural Unprocessed Bran

  • 1 Cup of Milk

  • 1/4 Cup of Raw Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Walnuts

  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Dates

  • 1/2 Cup of Sultanas

  • 1 Cup of self raising flour


  • 1.

    Mix all the above ingredients together with a wooden spatula.

  • 2.

    Place the mixture in an oven proof dish (a bread pan would be very convenient for this cake).

  • 3.

    Bake for approximately 50minutes on 180degrees.
